This is a vintage estate Tether Racer--maybe a Speed Chief or Dooling? 1940's? with a Syncro Ace engine--Made in the USA. It is 20" long, has a 13" wheel base, 9" wide on the rear axle and is 8 1/2" tall. It weighs 7.5 lbs. The wheels (with tires) are 3 5/8" in diameter. The rear differential works, and spins the drive shaft when you turn the rear wheels. I am sorry but I am not able to test compression. I am not a tether car expert--so please see the pictures for details and let me know if you need more information. I will gladly respond. It's ready for you to restore and race! I will carefully wrap and ship to the Continental US within one business day of confirmed PayPal payment. Thanks!
