You are bidding on a breath-taking soldered two-piece yellow and white gold wedding set which includes an engagement ring and a wedding band. This is a lovely vintage piece that is marked 14K on the inside of the band. The words "wed-lok" and "Pat. 1982864" are also hallmarked on the inside of the ring. This set is one of the prettiest that I have sold from this era. The center round brilliant diamond measures .65 carats and is a VS2-SI1 clarity with no carbon...totally EYE CLEAN. The center diamond is a G-H in color and looks bright and white...no gray or yellow. There are two .08 (.16 carats) carat diamonds on either side of the center diamond. Due to the classical Art Deco elegance of the mounting and the traditional setting, the center diamond solitaire looks very impressive. This wedding set also includes an attached (soldered) wedding band that contains 3 round brilliant diamonds weighing .08 carats each (.24 carats). Under a 10X magnification, all of the diamonds look bright and clear with minimal imperfections. There are absolutely no imperfections that are visible with the naked eye .
