Vintage Estate Wedding Set
White Gold/Size 10 MAKE ME AN OFFER! I have recently acquired this BEAUTIFUL Vintage Estate White GoldWedding Set. I do not believe that the set was MADE as a set,(theydon't "attach" as some sets do) but the elderly lady that I got them from wore them together as a set. The first ring is crafted of 14K white gold and was made sometime between the 1920's and 1950s. It has a very sparkling .10-.15 ct. genuine round-cut diamond, color of H and clarity of SI-1, mounted on a square, fluted-detailed illusion setting. It weighs 1.9 grams. On the sides of the center mount is two very clear .02 ct. single cut diamonds,(two on each side) and on the sides of those is another .02 ct. single cut round diamond, in a circle setting. The setting, due to the age of the ring, has a very light yellowish tint to it - JUST on the setting, NOT the whole ring. VERY cool! When worn with my plain white gold wedding band on one side and the diamond band on the other, it looks like it was MADE slightly yellowish, to highlight the main diamond, like some of the newer two-tone gold rings do! It is currently a size 10. The second ring is a 5 stone Diamond anniversary band. It is made in a "stair-step" fashion towards the center, which is p[rominent in rings crafted in the early 1900's - 1940's. This ring features approximately 1/10 cttw of round, single cut diamonds, H in color and SI-2 in clarity. The ring is crafted of 10K solid white gold, weighs 1.7 grams and is currently sized for a size 10 finger. They look lovely together, however for $125 a piece, I will separate them. Thanks for looking. The "romantic" ideal of Vintage Jewelry is fascinating. Makes you wonder about the "Love Karma" that they must have!
