*** THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE BROOCH ONLY. OTHER PIECES ARE SHOWN ONLY TO ILLUSTRATE THE QUALITY OF THE ESTATE LOT FROM WHICH THIS HAILS. ***This is a lovely nautical inspired, poured enamel and faux pearl gold-tone brooch/ pendant. It is signed Hattie Carnegie within an oval cartouche on the reverse. Don't take it as gospel but based on my independent research -- it appears to be the mark used c.1960-1970. The faux pearls have an irridescent shine which makes them look like natural or cultured pearls. The cream, lime & blue poured enamels really bring the rolling waves to life. Please note there is one blue enamel square that is missing it's poured glass -- a minor detraction but requires disclosure & acceptance. There is slight but noticeable (under magnification) wear to the gold plating on the back side. Probably the result of jewelry box combat. There is no excessive wear or unsightly oxidation. The piece measures approximately 4" longest x 2" widest. It's really a monumental piece of jewelry sculpture. *FREE SHIPPING*FREE SHIPPING*FREE SHIPPING* Terms: PLEASE use photo magnifier to further assess condition.
