Vintage Evans compact in unused condition. It has the Evans powder puff and stiffened mesh sifter. The original sticker is on the mirror. It reads: "Genuine Hand Painted Cloisonne Enamel Cover by Evans". The back is goldtone mesh. It comes in a gold cardboard box that I suspect is the original box, but the box is not marked in any way. The compact is about 2 1/2" in diameter. I do not know the age, but I received this as a gift from an elderly lady who was moving into assisted living. She always bought the best!
