<>This is a Vintage Extension Gladstone Oil Lamp made around 1889to 1890 it is an absolutely beautiful lamp it's an Extension lamp youcan use it as a small table lamp or extend and have a banquet or piano lamp ! it adjust on a fancy stem, very cool. Now the issues with this lamp are I'm not sure if the wick riser is working properly it goes up and down but it seems loose to me ! the thumb wheel has Gladstone H. B. & H on it, also you can see that the stem lock may have been resoldered it's not something that catches your eye but it is t ! and the flame spreader is not right it has a Miller flame spreader in it and the lamp is Holmes, Booth & Haydens !! The spreader fits but should to be replaced with the proper spreader, though the spreader is a very nice Miller flame spreader it has the big M on it. T are no other issues that I can find it has no dents or dings, it's quite stunning and has a great large pink floral ball shade. Extended it stands about 27" to top of chimney closed it is 21" to top of chimney the font at widest point is 6 1/2" the foot is 6" and the complete lamp is solid brass, the ball shade is 10" by 10" and is a 4" fitter, and the total weight of the lamp is 5.9 pounds.
