Hi everybody! Gungirly's auctions have changed just a little bit so please read the fine print. I'm starting the winter with a BANG & have LOTS of wonderful goodies to list! Offered for auction is an ELEGANT Vintage, ORNATE heavily etched 3-tone gold ELGIN AMERICAN lady's cigarette case combo lighter compact! The inside of this case is beautifully machine tooled and signed on the arm .... " Pat. D-151271 ELGIN AMERICAN Made in U.S.A" & " Magic Action Light-O-Matic". This piece is in very good vintage condition with no damage. Light easily removes from the case .... but the "MAGIC" of this cig case is that when you close the case, the lighter automatically lights. T is a lock / switch on the back that locks the lighter if you prefer not to use it. The lighter works fine and still sparks but no flame, probably just needs lighter fluid. The front of the case is adorned with pink, green and gold .. gold tone finish, most like gold plated. This case was REALLY hard to photograph, it's quite lovely and multi-tone gold, much nicer in person! It is in beautiful condition with no dents or scratches, no missing gold. The back of the case does show wear appropriate to age and use, nothing distracting. The rest of the case is excellent! Wonderful, OLD collectible! Be sure to add me to your favorites list !
