Beautiful old fancy letter W stamp for sealing wax. I'm pretty sure this is a W but it might also serve as an M. The oval seal area is metal and the lovely, flared handle is wood with a rich, dark, dark brown finish, with some faint mottling in a lighter reddish brown. The oval seal is ¾" X 9/16". Total height, with handle is about 2" to the handle edge. The seal is clean, crisp and intact. It does not look used. The golden colored metal finish has some darkening and t are a couple of vague little light spots under the rim of the handle, fairly minor. T is no wear to the finish of the handle.
