This auction is for a vintage Model 134-B Farberware Superfast 4 Cup Fully Automatic electric coffee maker percolator in great used condition. Made in U SA , in the Bronx, New York, back when they were still making quality products like these, instead of the disposable inferior stuff made today overseas . I believe this one dates to the 1960s. Pot and inside parts made of bright and shiny stainless steel. The trademark Farberware retro stay-cool black bakelite handle, and black bakelite base are in very nice condition, with no chips or cracks that I can find. Cord detaches so you can take pot with you to the table, or leave it plugged in to keep the coffee nice and piping hot. Not only does it make excellent coffee , it makes it Superfast. And, the quality of the 'perked' coffee is better than any drip coffeemaker, hands down. As I said, the coffee pot is in great shape, but t are some of the usual light surface scratches you would expect from a used appliance of this age (the typical cleaning "swirls", that sort of thing). But nothing that detracts from the overall great looks of this little pot. All of the great classic features and design of the larger Farberware percolators, just in a smaller scale for those who prefer a 2-4 cup pot. Measures about 8" to the top of it's black bakelite finial, and is about 8" wide, tip of spout to outisde edge of the trademark handle. Never a reserve , or inflated shipping costs.
