BEAUTIFUL EXTRA LARGE J K FARNELL TEDDY BEAR.I believe, based on the limited research I have done, that this bear is from the 1960s and am basing that information solely on the lable. His label is complete and sewed into the seam of his belly. It is sewn in rather deep as you can barely make out the "F" of "Farnell". The label reads: This is a FARNELL. Quality stuffed toy. Made in Hastings, England (The first picture shows the tag dead center on the belly).This bear is fully jointed at the arms, legs and neck. He is really tall and stands approximately 28" to 29" tall. Golden (mohair?) fur over the majority of his body. You can see the seams where he was sewn together, especially on his back and the back of his head. The furless pads on his feet and hands show age as they are crackeling (see 3rd pic). His plastic eyes have minimal scuffs/scratches. Embroidered nose (pic #4).
