Vintage FELIX TISSOT ART POTTERY bowl... Taxco 3-3/4" tall x 7-1/4" ... Tissot moved to Taxco, Mexico from the Leona Valley / CA in 1956. He set up a studio in partnership with Antonio Castillo and they collaborated for several years producing unique designs. Tissot then began working with the Nauhatl Indians, providing them with his bisqueware which their artists decorated in traditional Indian designs Condition is very good, no repairs or chips. Color is clear and vibrant Marked: FelixTissot..Taxco number 5 also impressed into the bottom numbers or letters
