Vintage Fenton Iridescent Carnival Glass Chessie Kitty Cat Jar/Dish with Lid and Fenton Paper Tag ! Dated 1970!This Collectible Fenton Glass Item is in very nice condition. no cracks or repairs. On the inside of the top rim there is a small nick, and some roughness to the inside rim due to it's age. No cracks or repairs. See all pictures as they are part of the auction description. This jar measures 8" tall, 4-1/2" in diameter! The base of the jar is marked "Chessie" by Fenton December 1970. Beautiful iridescent carnival glass on this jar shows various shades of blue, green, gold, pink, and purple! Included with this item is the original paper Fenton Tag! This stunning jar features the mascot of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, "Chessie- The Sl eeping Kitten." The Chessie Kitty was created to be raised from the rest of the jar, and gives this Fenton Glass item even more unique value!
