Up for bid is an impossible to find Vintage Chess computer. This is the Voice Excellence Model # 6092. It come from the golden age of stand alone chess computers. It speaks to you in your choice of 4 languages: English, German, French, and Spanish. The battery compartment is undamaged. All 32 pieces are present and stow away nicely in compartment beneath board - which is also intact. Comes with original Owner's Manual, Registration card, and packaging. Found this info online: Computer name: Voice Excellence Manufacturer: Fidelity Electronics Dates from: 1985 Dimensions: 26.5 x 28.2 x 3.9 cm Power supply: Four C batteries (=LR14), or 9-Volt adapter Processor: 6502, 3 MHz. Programmer(s): Dan & Kathe Spracklen Rating: occasional players, weak club players Other details: pressure-sensitive board LEDs on all 64 squares Model 6093 12 Levels, amongst them blitz and analysis Opening library: ca. 3000 positions With voice Gave it a test and appears to be in fine working order.
