Up for auction is a vintage Americana Fieldcrest bedspread, made, my guess around 1976. It is a woven bedspread that is made of antique red and white fabric. It measures approx. 71" x 96" and has it's original Fieldcrest Label on it's backside. The label reads, "The American Heritage Bedspread Collection Fieldcrest." This spread could, I suppose, be reversible if not for that label on it's backside corner. The spread reads on one corner of it's topside, American Independence Declared July 4, 1776." This spread has no holes. It has red yarn fringe on 3 sides. It has one soiled area from age and from being in storage....it's about the size of a baseball. It also has some very, very light little spots. These are really light and you have to be super critical of the spread to find them. I have not tried to remove these spots, this spread comes to you just as I found it. This is a great spread if you are looking for an Americana Antique look or this would made a great throw for the couch to cuddle in on those cold winter nights! T is no reserve price on this auction.
