Vintage Fiesta New York World's Fair Potter's Plate #2 Up for bid is a wonderful Vintage Fiesta Worlds Fair Potter's Plate. These were produced in 1940 for the New York World's fair. This piece is in mint condition in the color turquoise, and is clearly marked on the back. T are no chips, cracks or scratches on the piece. It depicts a potter forming a piece of pottery on the wheel. I also have the mate to this listed, which is a potter painting a piece of pottery; in the same color. Please check out that auction as well as a few other pieces of Vintage Fiesta I have listed. The plate measures 7 1/4" in diameter. I usually package my auctions after they end, so will combine pieces to save shipping. I don't charge for handling or packaging; only USPS shipping/insurance costs. Insurance is required, but I will leave it to you to choose Parcel Post or Priority shipping. Larger boxes have become quite expensive to ship Priority, so Parcel Post is recommended.
