This is a Vintage Fireman Helmet made by Cairns & Brothers. It is constructed of Lexan Polycarbonate. The helmet comes complete with a Alex VFD leather badge and has a brass holder to hold the badge, also has split visor with brass holder, and the helmet liner is in the helmet with chin strap. T is no holes or cracks in the helmet. This helmet is in so good of shape the peice of paper that has O.S.H.A requirements and the paper with model #880 is still inside the helmet and looks new. This is a very hard helmet to find in this kind of shape and it is a complete with two peice visor and liner. If item sells for $100 or more I will pay for the insurance.
