It's a large, (just over 2" across) guilloche enamel medallion pendant made by Florenza. One tiny seed pearl is missing, and that center one could stand to be replaced!! (easy, easy fix) The Chain did not come with it, but I figured you'd be anxious to get this beauty around your neck, so I'll send it along, it seems to fit the style quite well. There is a small part on the medallion where it has some "green" (I haven't cleaned it at all) and there is one line, not a crack, but maybe a light scratch which can only be seen in certain lights. I think I FINALLY captured it in the last photo of the front. (Look straight out from center at about 10:00 position, and you should see it!)
