This is a great old vintage poster showing several views of TONY ZALE, the World's Champion from 1940 to 1948. Tony held the Middleweight Championship longer than any other boxer in the world up to that time. The poster shows Tony in 1943 in the U.S. Navy and then again in 1971. Tony is holding the championship belt over his waist. Below that is an insert showing tony knocking an opponent to the ground. It says, "I'll Slap You Down!" The poster is autographed and says, "To a great fight fan, Shawn Jackson, success always, Tony Zale." The poster measures about 8 1/2 x 11 inches and is in MINT condition. It had been framed for years. T's a bit of tape on the back w it was mounted. S&H: $3.
