Vintage Framed Sampler Cross Stitch Tree Life Happiness

I purchased this from a local Las Vegas estate sale, and was told it was make in the 1970s. Nicely stitched - looks as if it was a pre-printed fabric. Frame is wood with heavy glass. Measures about 19X15.

I AM willing to remove the sampler for shipping if you don't want the frame and glass. I will remove it and re-weigh for my winner buyer only. Thanks!!!
