Up for auction is this 1985 Franklin Mint figurine of a beautiful mare and her foal, cuddling and bonding probably not long after the foal's birth. This charming limited edition piece is named "Tenderness". It is signed by the artist. I love the use of color on this piece. The detail is extraordinary. I love the mare's dainty front leg and hoof. This is a charming, endearing display piece, and very collectable. The dimensions are 4 1/2" tall and 7" long. T are no chips, cracks or repairs...the piece is mint :)
