Up for auction is this ceramic decorative turtle by FREEMAN MC FARLIN. Measures 12" from nose to tail, 12" across from foot to foot and is 4" high. Possible inlaid amber glass or very hard plastic in the turtle's back, same material in turtle's eyes, maker's seal affixed on turtle's belly along with artist's indecipherable signature as noted in the photo. Some wear to the shell edges especially near the tail but overall condition is very good! No cracks or crazing! Discovered wrapped in newspaper dated 1986 in an estate garage so this FREEMAN MC FARLIN turtle is at least 20 years old! Great for collectors or for display!
