This auction today is for this Charming Vintage French quilt piece that dates from around 1920~ ~*~* This is a really wonderful, earth toned piece of a lovely Vintage French quilt ~ the design has wonderful Art Deco design elements and this piece is double sided. This is a very thick quilt with wool batting inbetween the layers~*~ This fabric is a light weight fabric, and it would be wonderful to use as a pillow front, or one could unstitch the quilt to use the fabric. This textile has been machine quilted. It is in faded condition, original and unwashed.
