6 Vintage French CHAMPAGNE COUPES, Downton Abbey style Retro Shabby Chic I spend several weeks of the year in Franceand visit a lot of ‘Brocantes’, a bit like up market Car Boot Fairs. Actually I drive my wife there and then trail aimlessly after her carrying the bags as she investigates every stall and box! It must be the female 'Shopping Gene!' As a consequence I sometimes come across interesting items like these lovely champagne coupes. The glasses are redolent of the ‘old days’ and have the vintage shaped bowls which look so stylish.....much better than those flutes! The glasses have the classic 'Poirot' shape and look as if they just stepped out of Downton Abbey! I don't know how old they are but they have 'France' stamped on the underside of the foot. About the coupes Used items please look closely at the photos and read the descriptions carefully 10.2cm tall 8.5cm diameter 4cm deep bowl. 6.5cm diameter foot Stamped 'France' underside of the foot Weigh 666g altogether In excellent condition with no scratches or chips Ideal for any celebration and best champagne or sparkling wine Will be sent by Courier, Tracked and Signed For and packed securely in a box Posting I try to keep postage costs to a minimum and do not charge for my time or travel to the Post Office despite the fact that eBay now take a percentage of the postage read more
