Just arrived from Loodylady of England, this absolutely stunning , clean, crisp , handwoven grain sack complete with handsewn buttonholes on the side because this is the last third of the sack. This is the end w the farmer would close the grain sack with hemp ties which now have a new purpose as the ties on this lovely pillow! Very old but so completely sturdy... these grain sacks can be washed in very hot water and they have 100 years of life or more left to them. You will totally love the deep primary red stripe on this. It is why I bought it to begin with! Check my feedback. Its what I do, recycle old everyday items and give them new life as something else. This handwoven sack, handstitched on all three sides is a beauty. Its like Wendy, handpicked out the best sack to give to me because I love shopping at her store that features only antique cottons and linens . The inner down feather insert is completely covered in a beautiful antique blue stripe ticking. It is in gorgeous condition with no holes or worn areas or major fading. Its a bigger one at 22" X 14 1/2 " I ship Priority with delivary confirmation and I am happy to ship internationally.
