WE WILL ACCEPT THE FIRST REASONABLE OFFER SO ACT NOW!! This sofa is rather petite so it could be used as a love seat or settee. It dates to about the 1960's and shows appropriate use consistent with a piece of this age. T are no rips or frays in the fabric. Came from a pet and smoke free home so no funny smells or odors. I know it can be hard to tell exact color from pictures but I would describe it as a tan with pinkish tones. Very earthy color. The frame is tight with no problems. Not sure of the farme wood type but it is a brownish cherry like color. Please have a look at the photos w I will describe it further. MEASUREMENTS: Overall 59" long, 32" deep and 35" tall from the floor to the top of the back. The seat is 18 12?" from the floor. In between the arms it measures 47 1/2" long. The under side has no springs pushing through. A view of the inside of the back showing the nice button tufting. From the side you can see how the back is curved making it very comfortable. A close up of the carving found on the crest of the back. As you can see it is done in a French Victorian style motif which of course carries throughout the piece. A view of the removable seat cushions. The cushions do have some small spots. On one side this one has a very small spot as shown.... .....and if you flip them over the other cushion has these small spots. A view under the seat cushions. 's the tag found under the cushions. Some views of the right and left arms. The arms are ever so lightly soiled. We didn't notice that until we took it outside in full sun. Inside the house I doubt you'll notice it. ANYONE PICKING UP THEIR OWN ITEM WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE PA. 6% SALES TAX UNLESS YOU ARE A DEALER AND CAN PRESENT A COPY OF YOUR RESALE CERTIFICATE. Anyone picking up their own item must do so within 30 days or a $5 a day storage fee will apply. Once again, this fee applies to those who are picking up their item and will NOT apply to those who are having their item shipped. We do not supply packing materials such as ropes and blankets. **************************SHIPPING INFO******************************** If you do not have a shipper we will supply you with one. We charge actual shipping costs so you pay us for the auction/invoiced amount ONLY and pay the shipper directly when your item is delivered. In some instances you may be required to pay the shipping costs up front. The shippers that we supply are NOT our employees but are private haulers who offer a blanket wrap service only. Due to the large volume of items that we ship, we offer CUSTOM SHIPPING WITH FREIGHT RATES. That means delivery right to your door and no pick up at a terminal. We do not pack or crate any items for shipping. We will be glad to work with a shipper of your choosing so long as they come to our location for pick up. Shipping costs for this item is estimated at between $100 and $350. BY ALL MEANS GET A SHIPPING QUOTE BEFORE BIDDING!!! Not getting a quote first is no excuse to back out of a transaction. T are some areas that we simply cannot find a shipper for so be sure and get a quote before bidding.Ship times vary from 1 to 12 weeks.
