VINTAGE FLAT TOP, PLEATED OLD-TIME NURSE CAP This resplendent nurses' cap is a beautiful example of days gone by. Not sure what the age is. Some schools, such as Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing were still using a flat top style such as this until the middle of the last century.Cap measures 5" in diameter and is 3" tall. It seems pouffier in the back and is nearly heart-shaped when looking down on it from on top. Too many ruffles/pleats to count go all the way around the cap.Sure to be a hit with your favorite collector!Please ask all questions before bidding. I'm a collector, not a dealer. When it's gone, it's gone! I will not be replacing it. So bid early or better yet, buy it now and make that someone special (perhaps it's you !) happy.
