You are bidding on a beautiful Eames era sling sofa designed by George Nelson for Herman Miller in 1964. The frame is heavy chromed tubular steel, and in very good condition. The Elasta-seat is intact and is also in very good condition as are the black leather cushions and side panels. All in all the sofa is in very nice condition for it's age. What really struck us most about this sofa however, is how comfortable it is to sit in. The measurments of the sofa are 73x222x81cm. More information about this piece can be found at . The proceeds from this sale will go to Furnished with Love, a non profit charity that provides home furnishings and vehicles to needy families and individuals. This item is being offered for pick up in our Long Branch NJ store. If you need to have the sofa shipped you will have to make the arrangements, we simply do not have the resources to package and ship items this large. We can deliver the sofa to Monmouth County, Southern Middlesex County, and Northern Ocean County for a fee of $125. If you have any questions please ask them before you bid.
