Over the next several months, I will be selling vast collections of wonderful vintage antiques which I have lovingly accumulated of over the past 50 years, as I am now downsizing. Vintage kitchen items, Christmas ornaments, clocks, lamps, telephones, art pottery and much, much more will be listed on Ebay. This auction is for one of many wonderful and very rare collectible vintage clocks I will be listing on Ebay. Specifically, a wonderful memory from "days gone by" a beautiful West German Goldbuhl Dancing Couple "Television Console" Musical Alarm Clock. It is in the shape of an old 1950s console television, with the old fashioned 'glass' (hard plastic) picture tube and metal mesh trim near the knobs. I have had this in storage for over 50 years and it is adorable and it works. It is however, missing two of the four back turn keys. For that reason, this item is being sold "as is". I used a turn key from another clock to make sure the music and alarm works and they do. It is made of metal and plastic and is is stamped, "Goldbuhl, Musical Alarm" on the front and "Fichter KG, Made in Germany and D.B.G.M" on the back. This lovely piece measures approximately 4.25" high by 5.75" across by 2.5" deep, at its widest points.
