This set was acquired from an estate sale in N.E. Ohio.
The set consists of a Flour, Sugar, Tea and Salt Box container.
All of the pieces have a number 619 embossed into the clay on the bottom
The flour and sugar containers also have a number 4 embossed on the bottom.
The Tea container has the number 7 embossed on the bottom. The salt box only has the number 619 on the bottom.
*CONDITION* There are a couple minor dings that I photographed and pointed out with a pencil. The worst of the chips is in the sugar container on the top edge. The chip measures approximately 3/8ths of an inch by 1/4 of an inch. With the lid in place it is not that noticeable.
One of the lids has been repaired where a chip was glued back into place. Whomever did the repair did a very nice job. No one will know if you don't tell them.
The lid on the old salt box is just sitting on top because the hinges need replaced. The lid is actually made in two pieces. One narrow piece that is attached to the back of the salt box with screws from the back and the larger piece that is hinged to the narrow piece. This is an easy fix with a couple hinges.
The canisters measure about 4 1/4 inches square by 5 1/2 inches deep.
The salt box measures 5 1/2 inches wide by 6 inches high including the back section that attaches to the wall.
The overall condition of this set is very nice in spite of the few minor dings.
