Selling this "AS IS" for Repair or Parts. Unknown if it even plays "Vintage Unknown make or type of German Violin" I known zero about Violins, so email me any questions. I could not find or know w to find any markings. Inside is written in ink "Rebuild by John L. Tiaylor or (Tiaylon) 1976" then t is a piece of paper inside glued that reads in blue ink stamp "MADE IN GERMANY" NOTE: This is an old Violin. I am no expert or know how to grade this Violin. So, I will sell this "AS IS" I do not know what to look for in Violin Damage or how to locate any negative flaws or defects. Again, Selling this "AS IS". I do not know if this is good for repair or parts. Please email me with Questions and look at the pictures. Condition Of Viloin: Poor CONDITION. Well Worn, Looks well used, Has varnish wear, some edge dents, has scratches, worn areas and worn spots. POOR CONDITION. I do not know what to look for in damage, I can see some cracks, but unknown how deep. History: Found in an Estate Sale in Northern California Weight on my scale is 16.3 oz. Measures: about 23.5 inches long. Violin Case Condition: POOR Condition, but opens and closes, Has many many worn areas and old tape marks on cover again, Scratches, dents, Dings, just plain worn, Covering is exposed showing the wood. POOR CONDITION. Comes with two bows with broken string Poor Condition. Ship in the USA only by Parcel Post $17.00 IF shipping comes out to be less than $17.00, I will refund you the difference.
