For auction is a beautiful, vintage carving set in the original box. The box is green with a snake skin look and green satin liner. The box and liner are in very good condition. The knife and fork are manufactured by Walter Willms, Solingen, Germany and are stainless steel with stag antler handles. The knife blade and fork are mirror quality stainless. The knife is 12 3/4" long and the blade is 7 1/2" long and in excellent, barely used condition (if used at all). The fork is 10 3/4" long and is marked Stainless Germany. T are three separate pictures engraved on the knife blade and bordered in gold. Also enclosed in the box is a picture of the man who previously owned this set, just for history. This set is in excellent condition. Just gorgeous, I hate to part with it. This has to be one of my favorite auction purchases! Thank you for looking.
