This auction is for a GI Joe Amphibious Personnel Carrier (APC) vehicle. It was made by Hasbro in 1983. The vehicle is 100% complete with both seat belts, turret, canopy and steering wheel. The steering wheel and seat belts are usually missing, so this is your chance to pick up an APC that is complete.Also included is the original box and the instructions/blueprints. CONDITION: I am a toy collector, and take good care of my collection. I am not the original owner of this toy, but when I purchased it in 2007, I inspected it to make sure that it was in excellent shape. Please see the 16 super-sized photos below to judge for yourself. I would say that the vehicle is near-mint, with no noticeable flaws. The stickers have been applied rather neatly in my opinion. The blueprints are not torn, but they are folded (they originally came folded, so that is normal). The box is in rough shape. Below are six pictures of the box, so you can see the condition.
