You are bidding on a vintage GI Joe Talking Commander (#7400) with the original box - 1970. The dark hair/beard Joe is an (R) Joe with the patent #. He has a nice full head of dark hair/beard - I would say his original hair is at 100% - I see no loss. Just a smidge of eyebrow rub. NO stress cracks. Arm sockets and legs pretty tight for a talker and he stands and will display well. As fine as an overall talking commander that you will find. This commander still speaks all phrases - loud and clear. The pull chain will have a vintage A.T. dog chain attached. Joe will be wearing a vintage two pocket green talking commander jacket and green talking commander pants. Two snaps on the jacket and one snap on the pants. The clothes are clean and crispy as you can see in the photo - I did not steam them. The jacket is tagged GI Joe Hasbro Hong Kong. Original A.T. decal attached to the jacket. Slight stain on front left pant leg and also on the jacket where the dog chain has rubbed over time. He will be wearing a vintage pair of short black boots - no flaws. The vintage 1970 box is in great shape. Original price sticker is on the top end. Very good graphics with a small peel on Joe's face by his right eye. There is normal edge and corner rub and slight creasing on the top and left end. The top right corner has a small split where the edges
