US Glass OMN was #15057. They claim that this particular toothpick holder pattern is Jewel. Colorado toothpicks had 3 feet and while Jewel pieces all had bottom rings of glass on their bases. If you have this book this information can be found on page 195. This piece is in excellent shape. No chips, cracks, nicks. There is a VERY TINY...I MEAN VERY TINY flea bite on the edge of the rim.....pin point size. See picture. No glass sickness or usage marks. The ruby stain is excellent with no wear. It also has gold décor around the bottom area. That also looks great. It was a souvenir from Portage, Pa. The script is faded and I can barely make it out. It is 2 1/4" high with an open diameter of 2 1/8". The base is 1 3/4" in diameter. The chemical make-up of the glass makes this clear part of the glass glow a faint pale green color under a uv light source at .
