Up for your consideration is this vintage glass Christmas ornament from Italy. This blue bird is approximately 6 1/2" tall. The glass is chipped under the cap, so it doesn't sit snuggly. Other than that, t are no chips or breaks. The paint is in great condition with some wear, due to its age. I'd guess this one to be from the 1950's. I looked in several of my Christmas collectibles books, and these old Italian ornaments are typically valued at $100+. It is a really beautiful shade of blue, and Displays wonderfully !! This would make a great addition to any antique ornament collection! Buyer pays $7.00 shipping. With these glass ornaments, I can not be responsible if not insured.
