Glass Movie Slide: The Land Of Jazz (1920) âe" Eileen Percy Trivia: Her first husband was the grandson of the brewer Adolphus Busch. More: /title/tt0011384/ Measurements: 4âe x 3.25âe Condition: No Cracks. No breaks in tape. This is an excellent slide. The weave pattern you see in the white portion of the slide is the pattern of the tablecloth behind it. The slide itself is clear in those areas. Up for bid is an original Magic Lantern Glass Movie Slide originally shown at the Rose Theater in Port Townsend, Washington during intermission time. This slide is one of several slides (list below) from my Grandparents estate. They have been in my family ever since they purchased the Rose Theater building in the early 1960âe(tm)s. The slides come in their original condition and have not been cleaned or restored. Some slides have cracks and I will describe each one as I list them. The Rose Theater opened in 1907 and continued operating until November 8, 1958. The Rose Theater later re-opened July 11, 1992.
