Here for auction we have a beautiful example of a vintage golden mohair jointed English teddy bear. He stands 18 ins and has a growler in his back, which is sadly no longer working. His plush coat is the golden mohair variety and he has brown velvet paw and feet pads. His nose and mouth is embroidered on with black wool and his yes are amber and black. He is in immaculately clean pristine condition for his 41 years of age. I cannot find a label on him but I am pretty sure that he is a Merrythought bear. He was purchased in The Golden Cot in Bath in 1971 and was rather expensive at the time. thank you for looking ~ ~
