This listing is 9 place settings plus serving pieces of marked Gorham sterling from a local estate. I believe the pattern is Medici. T are a total of 42 pieces. This sterling in a nice decorative pattern in excellent condition with very little apparent use. For those who have viewed/bid on my previous listing of this I apologize that it was removed by ebay. Apparently because I used certain words to describe the condition in the listing it was considered spamming. I only used those words as a condition description and was not meant in any way to deceive. Each place setting includes a salad fork, dinner fork, spoon and knife. The extra pieces include a butter knife, a serving spoon, a pie server, a sugar spoon, a ladle and what appears to be either an extra salad fork or perhaps a meat fork. The Gorham marks include what it appears to be the Gorham touchmarks of a lion, an anchor, and a third symbol with Gorham Sterling. This set includes the non tarnishing individual cloth holders that the set was in when I acquired it. This set is from a local estate. This set is beautiful and would make a lovely wedding or Christmas gift! I have other sterling and silverplate listed also. I will try to accurately describe my auction item to the best of my ability. I will try to research any item I offer that I am unfamiliar with but I don't presume that I will know everything about every item!
