Up for auction is the Zeppelin Figural Cocktail Shaker. The shaker comes with the complete set. The shaker comes with its original leather carrying case. The shaker, pieces, and case are in fantastic condition. I tried to research this piece.I found that the shaker was introduced in 1928. It is made of chrome. The leather carrying case is the hanger.It is in excellent condition.It comes with its original handle that is excellent and the clasps are also excellent.The case does need to be cleaned.T is a tiny dent on the bottom edge of the case.The case is almost 13 inches long. TheZeppelin gondola contains 4 spoons.Each spoon is marked Germany and they are also another mark.T is a little wear on one spoon. The inside of the Zeppelin has a gold color.It also is marked Germany .The outside of the shaker is 3 pieces.It is not dented.It shows normal usage wear.I did not clean the piece.I did not polish the piece.I am selling it as I found it. The fin is marked Germany and the top piece is also marked Germany .The interior pieces are gold color. The strainer is marked.I looked up the mark and it was D.R.G.M.Deutches Reichs Gebrauch Muster that means German Empire Registered Design.T is a number:894384.Made in Germany .The strainer is in excellent condition. On the other side of the strainer is the lemon reamer in excellent condition with the interior gold color. Nestled in the strainer is a corkscrew marked Germany and its corkscrew case.T is a tiny bit of rust on the top of the corkscrew.I a sure that can be polished out. The shaker itself has a small screw on top and the cork in the top is in excellent condition. On the bottom of the shaker w the fins are is the compartment that holds the funnel that is marked Germany .The funnel has a gold color interior. T are 4 shot glasses made of chrome with the gold interior.The glasses are marked Germany .When the fins have been removed you can see the bottom of the shaker.It is marked Germany 2 D.R.G.M. All together t are 21 pieces.I counted the twist off piece for the shaker. The condition of this cocktail shaker is outstanding. This is a marvelous piece for the collector.
