Hi and welcome to my auction. For your bidding consideration is a vintage / antique green license plate glass reflector. This comes from an estate sale which had some older Harley Davidson parts in the garage. While this was primarily used for motorcycles, it can also be used on cars, trucks, bicycles, hot rod, rat rod, antique vehicles, or even your farm tractor. This would look great on an Indian or Harley - Panhead, Knucklehead, or Shovelhead. I estimate the glass to be 3/4" in diameter, the aluminum holder to be 15/16" in diameter, and the threaded stud to be 5/8" long. The glass protrudes past the holder approximately 1/8" and then is a smooth, rounded dome top. The threaded stud spins when the pressure of the nut is removed - I do not know if this was designed this way but the other ones I have are all the same. The hardware included is a flat washer, lock washer, and nut. In my opinion, the nut is better than using wing nuts because it makes it harder for someone to remove and add it to their vehicle. This is not perfect but I consider it to be in very good condition for its age with nice glass and minor aluminum imperfections. The reflector has a very small bubble on the inside.
