These DARLING Little Cards came from the estate of our small town country doctor. He and his male companion had excellent taste and could afford the very best in life. You will not be disappointed with this SET of SEVEN Darling Christmas Greeting Cards plus BONUS! They are so UNIQUE. Plastic Card with Paper Center Card is HARD to FIND! The small size is also captivating. The old fashioned lithographs are simply charming as well. The envelopes have aged and 2 are glued shut. Still usable in my opinion. They are marked "JACK FROST" in red letters on the backsides. Each has a style number. They MEASURE 3 3/8" X 3 2/8". This is approximate due to differing edge scallops. Some corners are square, some are rounded and yet others have scalloped corners. SEE PIX. ALL are EXCELLENT CONDITION. Only 2 have minor issues which are noted in the individual descriptions to follow.1.) Clear Plastic has Holly Leaves in White and Glittery Holly Berries. GREETINGS! in white. Square corners with SCALLOPED side edges. SHAPED Paper Card is an Angel with 3 Bulbs & Glittery Halo. Opens to say, "For a Real Merry Christmas" in old style lettering, some is print, some cursive. HAS SMALL white area on lower paper card. Looks like tape was applied and then removed, which took away the paper in that area for MINOR wear. Could be colored in without any trouble! # 92892.) Clear Plastic has White Icicle border. Rounded corners. SHAPED Paper Center Card is a Friendly ice skating Snowman holding a sign which says " MERRY CHRISTMAS" - Blank inside to add your own wishes! Tri-fold. Minor Wear to paper - one spot on front - tape mark ? inside. # 92833.) Clear plastic has White Stars and Green Scrolls. Scalloped Corners. Shaped Paper Card is a Blue Song Bird with a REAL FEATHER tail. Has a red jingle bell and a candy cane. Songbook says Noel on each side. Inner Greeting " Good Times - Good Cheer- Happy Day -Happy Year! ". Old Style Lettering is Print. The card opening/fold area is tiny! and SO Cute!! Candy cane has tiny tear in the curve. Not noticeable! No Jack Frost mark or style #. Still I'm sure it is part of this grouping!4.) Clear Plastic has White Holly Leaves with Glittery Berries. Pointy Corners with Scalloping. SHAPED Paper Card has 2 Red Poinsettias. "Merry Christmas" & Inner verse says, " Best Wishes for the Season's Best - and a Happy New Year". All cursive lettering. # 92955.) Clear Plastic says, " A Bright Cheery Day!" - Green Holly Leaf, White Smoke and Stars.Square corners and Scalloped sides. SHAPED Paper Card has an Angel/Child? holding two extinquished Candles. Inner Greeting, " Season's Greetings to You" in cursive letters. # 92936.) Clear Plastic says, " Must be Christmas" in White, Green fir trees and white snow covered rooftops with white smoke rising in the background, white snowflakes and drift swirls. Green tree limb for mailbox pole. Square corners and Scalloped edges. SHAPED Paper card is a Bluebird on a mailbox that is crammed with packages. Inner Verse in cursive, " It IS Christmas, Have a Merry One!" # 92857.) MY FAVORITE!!!!Clear Plastic has TEXTURED White accents - baseboard, window frame, wallpaper stripes and MERRY CHRISTMAS Garland! Black window with snowflakes coming down. Square corners and straight sides. SHAPED Paper Card has a sideview of a Blond boy with red trap door pajamas, black pot belly stove with double doors and fire inside, covered pan on stovetop, presents around stove on the floor. Opens to reveal a full faced smiling boy, holding a Merry X-mas ( not Christmas) sign. Has paper wrap around to backside of plastic. # 9290. TOO CUTE!! See Pix8.)
