Vintage Griswold #6 (699J) Cast Iron Fry Pan/Skillet Large Block LogoHere is a nice Griswold #6 (699J) Cast Iron Fry Pan. This skillet has two pour spouts. The bottom sits flat and it has the large block logo. There is surface rust that looks worse than it is due to the camera flash. This is an estate item and I do not know how to clean or season these items--I will leave that up to you! The inside and out of the pan is smooth, which tells me the rust will be easy to remove. There are no cracks or chips. There might be some rust pitting on the bottom on the middle of the logo but it may clean off. The pan sits flat. The casted print is deep and clear. The pan measures 9 3/4" from spout to spout, 7 1/2" across the interior fry surface and almost 2" deep.Will be a very nice clean up project!
