You are bidding on a Very Heavy Vintage Griswold 6-Qt. Deep Tite Top Dutch Oven with Assist Handle and Griswold Lid. Pan measures 9-3/4" round and 5-1/2" deep. On the bottom of the pan it says Deep Cast No. 8 Iron Tite Top Dutch Oven Griswold within the cross in the circle, Erie PA, USA, Patent No. 1,333,917 with the numbers 1298 below that. Pan has no chips, cracks, rust or warpage. No grime. Interior is excellent. Sidewall is excellent as seen in picture. It also comes with a Griswold Lid. Lid has the Griswold Cross within the circle and it also says Wagner Ware. Lid has the two pieced handle with a slight crack in the middle. It is like that on all Griswold lids. This pan dates around the early 1950's and is in excellent shape. Love it because of the extra quart. This Griswold will be a very nice cooker. See scan below for details.
