For auction is a great vintage Griswold #8 skillet, frying pan, WITH ORIGINAL lid. Skillet has large logo and numbers and is marked "8 Griswold 704M" on the bottom. Lid is marked "Griswold, No. 8 self basting skillet cover" on top and has "patented Sept. 22, 1925, pat'd Feb. 10, 1920 Erie, PA USA 1048A" on the inside of lid. Pan and lid are in great shape, I just washed off, but will need a good scrubbing and seasoning. VERY minimal spots of rust--wording a bit worn on bottom of pan.
