I believe this is a unique item up for your bids. I did not find another wall telephone like this on the internet nor in ebay past nor present auctions. This wood and metal phone is believed to be from the 20's 30's era. Do your research to see if you find one like this one. This is an old wall mount GTE double box telephone with hand receiver. It is all in very nice condition as see in the photos. The receiver and cord are intact with nothing missing as is the case with the whole telephone. The receiver has a push to talk button. This telephone would have had batteries in it. The main front panels are black metal. The rear panel as seen in photo is wood. The inside are intact with nothing missing except the batteries. This one would make a nice decoration in any rec room or in any hobby shop or garage. Nice item to display with gas and oil collectibles or with automotive items. Email questions and I will respond promptly. Measurements are approximate = 20 inches high x 7 1/2 inches wide x 6 inches deep. Since this old phone is heavy I have clicked up the postage rate.
