VINTAGE 1920's HAMILTON BEACH # 10 JADITE GREEN DRINK MIXER, EXCELLENT CONDITION AND IN EXCELLENT WORKING ORDER, WITH ORIGINAL PATENTED MIXING CUP. This is NOT the more common number 30 or number 33 that are seen so many times on auction. This is a rare find, Jadite green color number 10 with its original steel mixing cup. Standing at 18 inches tall and marked on the front tag as pictured, (Hamilton Beach 10, Racine, Wis Made in the USA 10M608599 Patented April 17, 1923 Aug 21, 1923 May 12, 1925 Volts 115 A.C D.C ) Mixing cup is a NO. 1-A Patented NOV, 16-1926 as show in pictures. It has the cup switch which means you slide the cup up under the small chrome plate on the shaft and it triggers the mixer. You can choose to hold the cup yourself for light mixing or use the cup rest for longer mixing time. The bottom of the chrome motor has some small pitting but is not noticable from sides, front or top. The original single speed motor is in great working order, runs smooth and quiet. The jadite green base has no scratches, dents or dings but does have one very small flea bite type nick that you will have to search for to find (hint, its on the long shaft, left front side near the cup rest and does not protrude through the fininsh or color) The Jadite shines, the chrome shines, the motor works great. This thing is EXCELLENT all around and would look fantastic in any kitchen (Modern or Retro) T is a reserve on this item because it will not break my heart if it does not sell. Honestly it is that nice and is just one of those things we come across once in a very great while that we kinda say to ourselves, if it does not sell then I want it for myself.
