We are closingout our business. During the 70’s & 80’s we designed ladies clothing. We specialized in unique hand-embroidered and crocheted wearing apparel. Tablecloths were re-cut and designed to make blouses, dresses, and skirts. And even some wedding dresses! We sold our designs to high end stores internationally like Henri Bendel's, Sak's Fifth Avenue, Barney's, Bergdorf Goodman, Harrod's etc. The item will come from New York City. This is a new item, never used and has been in storage. This beige color tablecloth is cotton and entirely hand-crocheted lace. It is vintage so the quality and craftsmanship of the lace is intricate and unique from the good old days. A definite keepsake. It looks much better live than in the photo, it is difficult to capture the delicacy and workmanship with my camera. The last photo is a close up of the "center" of the tablecloth, there is a shadow from the window, please excuse. Close up photos will show EMBROIDERY variations and patterns.
