Vintage Handel Ware Glass Canister / Humidor?

I found this piece on a shelf in the basement of my 92 year old aunt. The motif is a handpainted hunting dog with a bird and measures about 3" with the overall piece measuring 6" X 4" tall. The inside is white; the outside is painted a brick red and green. T's some wear and scratches but the color is good and the motif clear. It says Handel Ware and is numbered on the bottom as well. Across the bottom you'll notice a scratch; not a crack. T are no cracks or breaks that I could find. Thank you for checking out my auctions!
