This is a unique vintage handmade dress in blue velvet with a lace collar and lace trim on the sleeves. Laid flat it measures : Armpit to armpit = 15", Waist = 13", Length = 38". The lining is pictured, as are some quite fiddly hook/eye fastenings which could easily be replaced for convenience. Overall a beautiful vintage item.
