VINTAGE HARMONY 5 STRING BANJO WITH RESONATOR 's an old 1960s vintage Harmony banjo with the hard plastic back or resonator. This resonator is important because it makes the banjo sound very loud. It's in good vintage condition. No cracks on the wood, just a couple of scuffs on the back of the neck. The chrome is in very good clean condition. The J-bolts on the body show a little pitting at the bottom and 2 are missing. The resonator has a hairline crack that I've heard is common in these old plastic backs, which doesn't affect the wonderful clear sound. It's got new strings. Sorry no case.
